Because of this our refund policy is very straightforward and applies only in the rare cases where money might be involved.
No charges for content
All articles, guides, itineraries, and tips published on the WS Ideas website are offered completely free of charge. There are no hidden fees, paywalls, required payments, or optional purchases needed to read or use any of the information we share. You can browse, save, print, or share the content without ever entering payment details.
When refunds might apply
In the unlikely event that we ever introduce a paid feature in the future such as an optional downloadable pack, exclusive webinar, or similar one-time product, this policy would cover those specific cases only. At the current time no such paid offerings exist so no refunds are being processed or expected.
Refunds for accidental payments
If for any reason a payment is made in error for example a duplicate charge, unauthorized transaction, or technical glitch involving any future paid element we will review the situation promptly. Eligible accidental payments will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after verification. We ask that you contact us as soon as possible with details of the transaction.
Non-refundable situations
